Sunset Retreat
Perched to catch the last light over the hills. Pull the chairs out, light the fire and watch the sky change colour.
Built on the western edge for one reason. From about half past five the whole valley turns orange, and everybody staying here ends up outside without being told to.
A brick cottage with a queen bed, an extra mattress for a fifth guest, attached bathroom, and a deck facing straight down the valley.
The barbeque is set up on your deck rather than at the common fire pit, so dinner happens where you are sitting.
Chess, carrom and cards live in the cottage. On clear nights we bring the telescope over after the fire dies down.
